Sandra Julian Barker

Sandra Julian Barker is mother of three married children and grandmother of six beloved grandchildren.  She has been active in her church, teaching Sunday School and Bible studies, for many decades.  She volunteers at the local regional jail, sharing God’s love with female inmates.  She began her freelance writing career 30 years ago.  Since that time, hundreds of her newspaper and magazine articles, and short stories have been published, as well as a piece in the best-selling Chicken Soup for the Mother’s Soul.  She has written more than a dozen books which are available on Amazon, and include fiction, inspirational non-fiction, and children’s books.  Her recent book, Ordinary Women – Extraordinary God, volume two, includes the story of a tragic loss within her family, and God’s beautiful show of grace.  She is also a member of the Women Victorious, a speaking group.  Her blog is Sandra-ramblingrose.blogspot.com.
