A few need-based full and partial scholarships for tuition are available; scholarships do NOT cover hotel lodging or transportation to and from the conference. Contact us to inquire and be prepared to show the financial need.

REFUND POLICY: Registration fully refundable until Aug 9; from Aug 10 to Oct 9 all refunds will result in a forfeiture of $75.00; from Oct 10 to Nov 1 all refunds will result in a forfeiture of $100.00; from Nov 2 on, no refunds will be issued; in the case of injury or illness, a credit for next year’s conference will be issued instead.
Registration to the conference gives HRW your implied permission to possibly include your name and/or picture in a future newsletter, on the HRW website, or on any of our social media sites.
