Lisa is a nationally certified group exercise instructor and personal trainer with 23 years of experience in the fitness industry. Her specialty is multi-level Hatha Yoga classes. Her main writing interests are topics of religion and spirituality. She is a regular contributor for the monthly BSP Newsletter.
